The kids had VBS at OLG this week. I loved their program based on the mysteries of the Rosary. This year was the Glorious Mysteries- so they got a nice review of Jesus' Resurrection, Ascension and the descent of the Holy Spirit (Pentecost) and of course the Assumption and Coronation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Heaven. They loved it except Max did not like singing.

Last night was a crazy ride that ended up at Sonic. The littles and Max ate Donald's and G and I had Sonic! Yeah for no cooking!
The kids have been doing MUCH BETTER at this this week and that means...
a lot less of THIS! MarioKart Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Monday we headed out to the NH for a big annual party my dad's friend throws every year. Gabriel was really excited to wear his new trunks and test out his new goggles... this is us sitting in the car in the driveway... 45+ minutes BEFORE we arrive at the party!
A couple nights ago when the bigs were wii-ing, the littles really wanted some wiggle action. So I came up with the brilliant plan to get the portable DVD player out and have them watch it in the kitchen while I made dinner! Did you know the Crafty household only has ONE tv? Now you do!
A favorite pastime of the twins is stacking my herb containers in the pantry. I tell them repeatedly only the red caps as the green/black lids are usually breakable. We learned this once when they dropped the peppermint oil on the floor. eeks! Holy cow is that shelf liner old!
Here is what table time looks like... both boys are really into the Magic Tree House series. Gabriel devours those books and Max tries his darndest to read as many words on the page as he can. He makes up a lot but on the flip side, I'm shocked at how many he knows!
